17 WE Historic Eucharist Class & Worship, 7-9pm, Church
The Book of Common Prayer invites us on Ash Wednesday to begin a "Holy Lent." During the Wednesdays of Lent, our congregation is exploring Christian Worship throughout the centuries in an exciting course entitled "Historic Eucharists." Please join The Rev. Troy Mendez and other members of The Church of Our Saviour, on a spiritual journey to discover how the practices of Christians in times past continue to influence our worship of God today. Be prepared to discover new ways in which the Christian practices of our spiritual ancestors can restore your soul throughout the upcoming season of Lent. If you have questions, please contact The Rev. Troy Mendez in his office at ext. 26.
18 TH CRAVE (Young Adult Worship), 7-9pm, Youth Center
If you are a young adult (ages 18-29) CRAVE is a brand new worship service designed for you, and no matter what your faith background, CRAVE is a welcoming place for you to connect with others and seek answers to life's most compelling questions.
20 SA "Empower Your Recovery" Workshop, 9am-4pm, Cleaver Hall South
If you are in recovery from any addiction or are co-dependent (with a loved one who is addicted), you will want to take advantage of this opportunity. You will learn effective, proven ways to change feelings and behaviors related to guilt, fear, sadness, powerlessness, frustration, self-criticism, shame, anger, hopelessness, resentment, worrying, and not feeling safe. Do any of these emotions have a dominant place in your psyche?

Presenter Larry Burton is a Personal Success Coach with degrees in sociology and social ethics from Westmont College. He has earned certifications in Neuro Linguistic Programming, Neigong, and other complementary approaches. He is a member of the National Association for Comprehensive Energy Psychology.

The cost of the workshop is $100. We will gather for the day in Cleaver Hall South with a break for lunch. Please register in advance or get further information by calling Bill Doulos at ext. 39 in the church office.
